Microsoft Teams Direct Routing

With Snapcom, you can use Microsoft Teams Direct Routing to expand the features in Teams to allow you to make and receive calls with any number directly with the Teams app. This is great for remote workers, or staff that are heavy Teams users to be more productive.

Self-Service Portal

The Snapcom Portal provides a web-based interface for both administrators and standard users to view and manage settings. Administrators have extra privileges to make company-wide changes. Some things they can do are reset user passwords, clear voicemails, adjust call routing, view call analytics, and change greetings.

  • Standard Users have the ability to manage their own settings only. They can manage voicemails, send and receive text messages, view call history, manage contacts, and chat with other users at the company.
  • Call Center Supervisors and Agents have some extra things available. Supervisors can view agent status, active calls, and run reports. Agents can change their status, view their own reports, and everything else a standard user can.
Sip Trunking

Connect your existing phone system with a SIP trunk to remove costly analog lines or provide extra capacity without large expenses typical with traditional T1 and PRI connections. IVR systems for financial institutions can also utilize this to connect the IVR system to our cloud hosted PBX
