To mitigate DDoS attacks, Snapcom employs Cloudflare's Magic Transit.
Magic Transit provides L3,L4, and L7 protection. Cloudflare delivers DDoS mitigation using their entire network. This provides exceptional protection against common voice over IP DDoS attacks such as SIP reflection and volumetric attacks.
This network has a capacity of over 280 Tbps and spans more than 310 cities in 120 countries. Their network allows us to sit approximately 50 ms from about 95% of the Internet-connected population globally. This is especially important for our latency-sensitive applications.
